East Kent Mind has been commissioned by Porchlight and Kent County Council to deliver perinatal courses relating to mental health and wellbeing.
The courses will run over six weeks and cover you and your baby’s wellbeing, understanding worries and anxiety, managing low mood, learning and sharing self-help techniques, your support circle and signposting.
Support will be offered for:
- Antenatal – for parents-to-be
- Postnatal – for parents/caregivers for babies aged 0-1
In-person courses are for adults only, no children will be permitted to attend the sessions; this is so we can fully support your individual needs and you can focus wholly on your own wellbeing.
