In March, we launched the new April to June Activities Programme, and the judging panel announced the opening of nominations for the 20025 Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards.

Features on our Mental Elf 5km Festive Fun Run in Canterbury, two new ambassadors joining East Kent Mind, as well as Dr David Palmer being interviewed by BBC Radio Kent.

We profiled the Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards and the naming of 20 Kent Champions, and the Lifetime Achievement Award for East Kent Mind CEO Dr David Palmer.
