New Timetable Activities Added

We have added these NEW weekly sessions and workshops to our timetable, registered clients can now register for activities and workshops using the online form.

Breath & Meditation Online Session – Weekly 9.30am – 10am Tuesdays

Learn a breathing technique and understand the points of breath on the body followed by a guided body scan meditation

Mindfulness Workshop Online –  10am – 12pm Wednesday 27th July, 24th Aug, 28th Sept

This Mindfulness Workshop encourages a positive Mindful approach to feeling present and to bring awareness, an open mind, forgiveness and acceptance to ourselves and others, as we use practical tools to help gain an understanding. The workshop finishes with a small guided mindful breath meditation.

Visualising Intentions & Affirmations Online – 10am – 11.30am Wednesday 3rd Aug, 31st Aug

Learn to use Visualising skills to set intentions and affirmations using practical tools and guided meditation.

Journaling Workshop Online – 10am -11.30am Wednesday 10th Aug, 21st Sept

Learn to journal by expressing thoughts, feelings, inspirations or emotions through writing. We will look at different journaling methods and how to get started. You will need a pen and notebook to journal in.
