World Mental Health Day

It is time to step up the fight for mental health.

During our lifetime, millions of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle and we our campaigning for mental health to become a priority.

We are joining the fight alongside National Mind to campaign for better mental health and to ensure we can reach and support more people with a mental health problem.

It is also a time when we can think about our own mental health journeys and well-being priorities. This year has been incredibly hard and emotional at times and has highlighted how difficult and challenging it is to share these experiences, and how necessary it is to be kind to ourselves and others.

For them, for us and for you – we must take this chance to step up the fight for mental health. That means fighting for change, for fairness, for respect and for life-changing support.

How can you be involved:

  • Speak out and share why you’re fighting. Whether you use social media or simply speak with friends, family or colleagues – mark World Mental Health Day by telling those around you why you’ve joined the fight for mental health and help create a movement for change.
  • Donate. With your help, we can lead the fight for mental health together, while continuing to give support to those of us with a mental health problem.
