Our April-June Activities Programme is out now!
East Kent Mind is delighted to launch our new April to June Activities Programme.
It is 64-pages and packed full of all the courses, groups and workshops that we run (face-to-face and online) to help improve mental health and wellbeing.
The front cover this quarter features a group on a wellbeing walk. Our new programme includes details of the walks we have available in Herne Bay and Whitstable.
We also have new online workshops available, including Journaling Together and Meditation Practice. The programme also includes a wide-range of activities being run by Revival Food & Mood in Whitstable.
There are face-to-face groups that meet in different parts of the region, including Canterbury, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate and Whitstable. We also run an extensive timetable of online activities that you can join via your computer, tablet or phone.
