Our new July to September Wellbeing Activities Programme is out now and packed full of courses, groups and workshops designed to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Whether you’re interested in joining the Creative Art Group, Music for Fun, trying Pilates, Tai Chi or Yoga, or prefer the outdoors with the Kent Community Oasis Project or joining our Wellbeing Walks, we offer a wide range of activities available for people in East Kent.
You can participate in face-to-face groups in various locations across East Kent or engage in online activities on your laptop, tablet or phone from the comfort of your home.
