Our new East Kent Mind Activities Programme 2026 is out now!

Our new Activities Programme for April-June 2026 is online now!

The new programme includes the wide range of courses, groups and workshops available to people across East Kent from spring into summer.

All activities are grouped around the recognised Ways to Wellbeing framework, including opportunities to connect with others, stay active, learn new skills and take notice of everyday experiences.

The programme brings together regular activities alongside new additions, continuing East Kent Mind’s approach to offering practical, accessible wellbeing support in local communities and online.

Activities return for 2026!

Our Creative Art group returns to Margate Library starting in April, and the popular Wellbeing Walks group will also resume and meet on Fridays in Ramsgate.
