A day of wellbeing, fitness and self-care is coming to Herne Bay this month, with local organisations joining forces to raise funds for East Kent Mind.

MG Fit and Snap Fitness Herne Bay are hosting a Mind & Body Wellness Day on Wednesday 25 March, from 12pm to 7pm, at Snap Fitness in Herne Bay.

The event will offer a full afternoon and evening of activities focused on health and wellbeing, including wellness pop-ups, fitness classes, yoga, spin sessions, self-care experiences, prizes and more.

There is no need to book. People can simply come along on the day and enjoy the activities on offer, while supporting East Kent Mind’s work in the community.

The schedule includes a welcome drink at 12pm, holistic remedies with Gift Naturals, Molly Spin Express, yoga with Olympia, Salon123 Hair and Nails, gait assessment with Coastal Run Coaching, Sarah from Tropic Skin Care, and a superclass by Molly and Sam from 6pm to 7pm. Visitors will also be able to enjoy Yiayia’s Greek Bakery and Deli from 12pm.

The event promises to be a great chance to focus on wellbeing, meet others and explore a range of activities and experiences in a welcoming community setting.
