Support your wellbeing
An introductory version of East Kent Mind’s popular Ways to Wellbeing course is to be staged at the University of Kent for students and staff in the city.
This will run over three one hour sessions on consecutive Monday afternoons in June. The aim is to give delegates an opportunity to feel the benefits of the course which can lead to taking up additional courses and activities delivered to support wellbeing – all at no cost to delegates.
Sessions are planned to be delivered on campus at Canterbury on the following dates:
- Monday, 9 June : 3pm-4pm
- Monday, 16 June : 3pm-4pm
- Monday, 23 June : 3pm-4pm
