Join personal fitness trainer for Mind & Body session

Being active is a huge influence on our mental health so East Kent Mind is delighted that Molly Gosling of MG Mind and Movement personal training is to stage a Mind and Body wellness event with the support of the Peak Performance Gym – with all proceeds going to East Kent Mind’s work.

Come and join Molly for three hours of functional training and talks with wellness and fitness experts in a friendly and welcoming safe space. The event starts at 10am and runs until 1pm.

Event Outline:

  • 10am – Welcome
  • Quick introduction and explanation of the day
  • Fun group workout session
  • Inspiring stories – Molly Gosling (trainer) and Dave Williams (counsellor)
  • Breathwork session to finish
  • 1pm – ends

Functional training will focus on movement, strength and fitness. The group section will break attendees into smaller groups to look at squats, press-ups and running.

Supporting the event will be information stands from East Kent Mind, Bon Bon Cakes, Ember Studio (candles), Whit Beads (crystals), as well as food, tea and coffee stands.
